Criminal breach of trust: financial provision by a supplier to a purchasing manager
The systematic provision of commissions and "gifts" to a purchasing manager does not constitute repeated disloyalty.
Our firm obtained a landmark decision from the Athens Court of Appeal in which our client was acquitted, even though for years he had been receiving financial benefits from a supplier of the company in which he worked as a buyer.
We were able to prove and convince the court, working closely with our client and bringing out evidence that made a difference, that the company he worked for was not damaged by this.
Read here the station decision which we have attached.
